To complete your online check-in, check your emails and/or messages for a link from us that will take you directly to your personalised Boarding Pass page. This check-in form is mandatory for all bookings in all countries. There, you will need to provide the following:
1. Your email and phone number
2. Your estimated arrival and departure times
3. Guest names and birthdates
4. One scan or photo of a valid ID for the main guest

Check-in Instructions & Guides (Guidebook)
From your Boarding Pass, you will be able to access your Check-In Instructions and Guides to find important information about your arrival and the property. The "Guides" section will be available immediately, but the "Check-in Instructions" will be visible only after you complete your check-in form.
